Movement & Sound Healing Journey @ The Healing Cottage - November 8

Join me for an experience of Movement & Sound meant to take you through the body and into the mind on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. To begin the journey, I will lead you through channeled qigong forms meant to balance the core elements of human experience. During the sound portion of our journey, I will channel healing sounds and Reiki energy into the sacred space created specially for each individual in attendance using specialized sound healing instruments, chanting, singing, and light language. Through my connection to the angelic and celestial realms, I will bring unconditional love, angelic light, and Reiki energy to fill the space so that your luminous body may utilize this energy for relaxation, rejuvenation, and restoration.

Please bring a journal, a yoga mat or something to lie on, a pillow, and blanket to ensure you are comfortable during the journey. The entire session will last…
